Amparo Costales, a pioneer in the ICT sector, is the author of the 7AT platform in Alpha (1999), Beta (2022) and Gamma (2025) versions. At the age of 22, she created her first business initiative aimed at the incentive tourism sector. She has an extensive background in innovation, tourism and technology, starting her career as an independent professional in the processing of processed information (1978) during her internship at the Congress of Deputies.
Defense of Women’s Rights
The defense and promotion of women’s equal rights have always been a priority for her. In 1987 she founded AEDAM, the first non-profit association in Spain for the defense and vindication of women’s rights in the fields of tourism and culture, promoted by artists in the sector.Gamma (2025).

In 1994, she was selected for the Women in Business Workshop given by the Ministry of Economy of the Community of Madrid, standing out for her leadership skills. She has directed and led numerous international projects as founder, CEO and manager of various international companies.
